• في حال وصول مشتريات العميل لفئة أعلى فيستحقها فوراً، ويشمل ذلك أول عملية شرائية.
• لا يستفيد العميل من نسبة الخصم في برنامج تواصل إذا كانت مشترياته السنوية أو الفاتورة الأولى أقل من 750 ريال سعودي.
• مزايا الفئات لا تسري مع أي عروض أخرى.
• يتم تصنيف العملاء على نظام الفئات بحسب مجموع المشتريات لكل فئة بحيث يحافظ العميل على فئته لمدة عام من تاريخ الانضمام لآخر فئة، ويعاد تصنيفه من جديد.
• يمنح برنامج تواصل نقاط مكتسبة لمشتريات العميل قابلة للاستبدال بمشتريات من فروع العربية للعود، ولا تصرف نقداً.
• تحتسب النقاط للعميل بنسبة 5% من المشتريات على أي مبلغ والحد الأدنى للإستبدال 20 ريال سعودي.
• تنتهي النقاط خلال سنة من تاريخ اكتسابها، ولا يحق للعميل المطالبة بالنقاط بعد انتهائها.
• في حال استرجاع المشتريات، سيتم خصم النقاط المكتسبة من عملية الشراء، وسيتم إعادة تصنيف الفئة من جديد.
• في مشتريات الأعواد الخشب تطبق المزايا على أقل من 125 جرام.
• يحق للشركة تعديل تصنيف الفئات ومزاياها، أو إلغاء البرنامج في أي وقت.

• If the customer purchases reach a higher category he will be immediately eligible for it, even if it is the first purchase.
• The customer does not benefit from the discount rate in the TAWASUL program if his annual purchases or the first invoice is less than 750 SAR.
• Categories benefits do not apply during any other offers.
• Customers are categorized according to the total of purchasing value in each category for one year from the date of joining the last category and will be re-categorized.
• TAWASUL program gives points for customer purchases that can be redeemed by purchasing from Arabian Oud branches, and will not be paid in cash.
• Points are calculated for the customer at 5% of purchases for any amount, and the minimum redemption is 20 SAR.
• The points expire within one year from the date of obtained, and the customer is not entitled to claim the points after their expiry.
• In case of a purchase return, the earned points will be deducted from the purchase and the category will be reclassified.
• The features apply on less than 125 grams in Agarwood purchases.
• The Company is entitled to modify the categories classifications and benefits or cancel the program at any time.
